9bd Terms & Conditions — Prerequisites for Using the Platform

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (may vary by market and event).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds issued incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Any bet suspected of being related to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.
• Server delays may occur in live betting — minor differences between real-time results and odds are normal.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

9bd always strives to maintain accurate betting markets. However, 9bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from errors by data providers.

9bd works exclusively with internationally licensed game providers. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Game outcomes are not predetermined and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a game bug or glitch will be voided.
• The provider's own rules also apply — in the event of a conflict, the provider's rules shall take precedence.

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with support within 24 hours. Game logs are retained for investigation purposes.

• Loss Limit: Automatic game suspension upon reaching a set loss limit.
